Our production is an important part of our business process. Comprehensive consideration of our production processes not only extends to organisational and technological aspects, but also ergonomic conditions and other aspects, which optimally arrange the whole production sequence for our personnel too.

We place just as much value in a structured arrangement of all machines and plant in the production process and allocated storage capacities for realisation of an optimum production process as in meticulous cleanliness in the whole production area and at the workplace.

Our process manual supports the organisation production sequence, from the acceptance of incoming goods through to delivery of finished products to end users or carriers. The production technologies are determined by our machines and plant, the system tools and the design requirements of the respective project.

The production types possible in our facilities and already practised by us include one-off production, repeat production and small series production. Most projects have the character of one-off production, i.e. most of our products are unique. One exception is type-tested and certified products for which the mechanical and electrical design is fixed.

Medium-voltage systems

  • Machine output panels up to 24kV / 3000A as tested medium-voltage control cabinets to VDE 0671
  • Machine output panels up to 24kV as medium-voltage control cabinets to VDE 0101
  • Special medium-voltage panels

Low-voltage systems

  • Type-tested low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies (TTA) as permanent, fixed installations and with withdrawable unit design up to 4000A
  • Partially type-tested low-voltage switchgear or controlgear assemblies as permanent, fixed installations and with withdrawable unit design up to 4000A
  • Instrumentation & control control cabinets
